And these international lists are all about networking, knowing the right people and connections and making yourself known, especially when you are not from Hollywood, only a few stars have done it as it takes alot of effort. Alia and deepika have made themselves known to the western world, they have made themselves known by attending events like the metgala, award shows etc and starring in hollywood movies. Rk has not made himself known to the western market

It's an international list, every star who is not in Hollywood has to make that extra effort to make themselves known to the international market, even Korean stars have to do the same, it's just how it is. But also, alia and deepika are the biggest female stars in bollywood right now, that is a fact, they wouldn't just put any actress from bollywood on the list, you have to be one of the top stars.

So it's a mix of connections and networking along with the merit you have achieved in the industry.
