Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak is a love story which revolves around the theme of reincarnation. Both Karam Rajpal and Trupti Mishra are good actors. They are playing the roles of Rajneesh and Poornima. They look good together on-screen. Rajneesh is a person who always thinks logically. On the other hand, Poornima is a devotee of Lord Shiva and she gives supreme importance to her faith. Rajneesh is a doctor and Poornima is a poor girl. There's a huge class difference between Raj and Poornima. Still Raj fell in love with Poornima because of her courage and strong personality. In the show, various romantic songs are played on Raj and Poornima and the choice of songs is good. Raj's parents are against their marriage because they believe Poornima isn't suitable for Raj. Still Raj married Poornima because he couldn't think about marrying any other person than her. In this show, their relationship is shown to be very powerful. One of them will die and he/she will take rebirth again to meet the loved one. The power of their love makes the show different from other shows.
