Happy Birthday Harshad- A Global Sensation

Harshad Chopda studied Computer Engineering but realized that his passion was acting. After completing his education, he pursued his dreams to become an actor and set out for auditions. His initial projects included Left Right Left as Ali and Mamta as Karan. These shows taught him how to be in front of the camera, but even as a beginner, it was clear to see that Harshad had the makings of a great actor.

His next project was Amber Dhara, where he was seen playing the friend of Siamese twins. He eventually left this project, wanting more from his career.

Harshad Chopda eventually got his big break in Kis Desh Mein Hai Mera Dil. Kis Desh made him into a leading hero. At the time, Harshad Chopda’s character, Prem, was only supposed to be a temporary character. However, Harshad won hearts as his character and his chemistry with leading lady Additi Gupta, who played Heer, became one of the most celebrated jodis in Ekta Kapoor's production house. Harshad won 4 best Jodi awards with Additi Gupta, 3 years in a row. When Prem was killed off the show to continue with the original script, fan demand caused the makers to bring Harshad Chopda back, where he played Prem till the end of the show.

Tere Liye was Harshad’s next project after Kis Desh Mein Hai Mera Dil, which won him the best actor award male for Indian Telly Awards. These two projects shot Harshad Chopda to stardom and launched him as one of the most sought out male leads of the ITV industry.

After, Harshad did roles in Dharampatni, Dil Se Di Dua, and Humsafar, which only added to his popularity and portrayed his honed acting capabilities. Harshad even worked in a movie called “2016 The End” which was about 4 friends receiving 10 crore and realizing that the world is ending. It’s a story about self-discovery and fulfilling their dreams to live life to the fullest in their last moments. Then when Bepannaah aired in 2018, there was a surge in Harshad's craze not just in India, but worldwide. His role as Aditya Hooda and Aditya Zoya jodi garnered love and appreciation from Pakistan, Bangladesh, Thailand, Turkey, UK, and USA among others.

Aside from being such a fantastic actor, Harshad Chopda values discipline and self-growth. He is an early riser and extremely dedicated in his workouts. He is a big foodie, so he likes to work out to balance his food habits. He is a perfectionist by nature and likes to learn his lines beforehand. He is dedicated to his career. Harshad always claims that if he is not working on a show he is working on himself by learning different things. He recently learned to bake bread.

Harshad loves his family and friends. His sister gave him the best brother award for his birthday and Harshad is no less in showering his love on his family. He gifted Harsha shoes from abroad and a mobile even before she could ask for it. His close friends consist of Arshad and Mohsin. He loves colognes and watches and has a sweet tooth.

Being such a private person doesn’t stop fans from welcoming Harshad with open arms. His fan following has only grown over the years and fans work extremely hard to celebrate Harshad and his body of work in every way. Harshad has visited multiple nations and has received a warm welcome from fans every time. Fans even meet him in airports with gifts, only showing a hint of how loved Harshad Chopda is.
