BW cinema has developed over the years and decades to highlight a variety of social themes.
They frequently continue a single genre for around ten years. But there is one really significant problem that, despite being acknowledged, has not received much attention.
It has not occurred for a stream of films to flow in the topic to drill the relevance. In contrast, this is a typical circumstance.
Additionally, it is true and occurs frequently. I recently found a story on YouTube. A woman is seen dancing at her wedding, and then a horrific incident occurs where her husband and in-laws murder her, chop her up, and cook her body parts.
Guess Why, too? Sure, dowry. I continued to look at similar, unpleasant things after that. Indeed, dowery is prohibited.
Who, though, is actually taking this seriously? B/W only skims the surface of this issue.
Why aren't these occurrences the center of attention? Why aren't movies depicting this reality in its most repulsive aspects?
Why is the subject of the atrocities these young girls and their families witness so frequently swept under the rug?
