I think CA might be having some blood cancer types where Only Maya being bio mom can help.. And maaya is utilizing it to get Anuj.. Ultimately it will show Anupama as the greatest mom who never did anything against her childrens good whereas maya was making use of her own childs illness for her own selfish romance!

Another reason mujhe yeh lag raha hai ki Anupama ne din pehle office mein ek paper sign Kiya Tha aur woh divorce paper raha ha ho .may be anupama ne anjaane mein divorce paper sign Kiya ho aur anuj ke pass pahuncha ho aur anuj ko laga ho ki anupama muje divorce Dena chahti hai
