Do stars influence your worldview?

All parties have habit of using filmmakers, stars, singers for promoting own govt, ideology.

Please tell honestly, did a star or celeb ever influence your social, cultural or political views?

Did any film, social media content, campaign or ad or affiliations, blogs, or leanings of a star influence your views, ideology or voting or buying behaviour or choices and decisions in any aspect in real life? At any point of time, even as an 18 YO?

Yes, everytime I hear a celebrity speak, I hate rich people a bit more ❤️

Writers, directors and singers influence my world view.

Not sure celebs ever had that power on me. Like teen me loved them, didn’t worship them. Neither the clothes they wore, nor the brands they advertised. Anyone getting their political leanings from the likes of a Sonam or Kareena frankly shouldn’t be allowed to vote.😆They have the power to influence but which actor/actress has actually tried to use that to their benefit? The only person that instantly comes to mind is Aamir Khan in Satyamev Jayate. And kudos to him for that!

Do you think celebs are worth the investment political parties and some NGOs put in them to promote certain ideologies, views, ideas, causes?

Or is it overestimated and overrated?

Did you ever notice an idea more because a celeb talked about it or did a film, show or ad about it?

I agree it would be silly to form an idea based on what say, Sonam or Bebo spoke or tweeted. But you never know if a teen formed an idea or voting preference based on what their fav star said.

I agree. I came to hate them the more I heard them

Exactly. infact I’ll be extra careful with the brands they promote😆
