Anuj character was introduced as the villain as the show lacked a negative character before his entry. Anuj is the sole reason Anu has to divide herself between Shahs and Kapadias. Had Anuj not entered her fairytale life, she would still have been the sole property of Shahs

I would love to see him as the ultimate villain. Makers, please turn him into a full-blown villain. Anyways, Mr hero is a hero, Let's set the priorities correctly and the reason for Anupama's batna and pisna needs to be addressed. 🤣

True that after divorcing the abuser and facing character assassination, insults and what not from Baa the Maa and her toddlers that have always disrespected her, she still wants to play happy family with them. She can even ignore her husband who first as a business partner respected her stance of just friendship and gave wind to her wings, then as a friend supported her during her lows, as a lover understood her responsibilities and as a husband first respects her more than he loves her. Writers have had her ignore Anuj’s visible discomfort, his need to just talk to her if he can’t see her in person. Anupamaa couldn’t even listen to what he was saying.
