Virat and Pakhi are laws in ghum nah nah reality doesn’t matter. Demanding bare minimum decent content is wrong for this channel and PH.

Just one question: Are these laws applicable to fictional shows? I don't think so. Bachcha toh eventually Sai ke paas hi aayega but Patralekha will continue to jamao haq

A legal document is Compulsory irrespective of the relationship between the surrogate and biological parents. *READ THE BOLD and blue PART

Section 4 (clause-III) sub-clause (II) an order concerning the parentage and custody of the child to be born through surrogacy, has been passed by a court of the Magistrate of the first class or above on an application made by the intending couple or the intending woman and the surrogate mother, which shall be the birth affidavit after the surrogate child is born.

Well that have been shown in so many fictional shows. Indian laws are for real citizens. For Fiction, you can only file a complaint with MIB, IBF, BCCC.

If they find that it defies rules set by the concerning agency, then the track is changed.

I have filed multiple complaints already

They can show but in the end the rapist is punished..

Over here the police officer is explicitly breaking laws everyday and who is supposedly a dutiful servant
