Anupamaa: Prem finally takes a stand for Rahi; Anupama sees a bad dream

Tonight's Anupamaa episode begins with Khyati trying to make Vasundhara understand that life comes with uncertainties. She says nobody knows what can happen the next moment. Natural disasters, accidents, or unexpected incidents can occur at any time, but people do not stop living because of those fears. Instead, they continue to have faith and pray for the safety and happiness of their loved ones. Khyati urges Vasundhara to pray for Rahi rather than blaming her.

Mahi Blames Prem, Anupama refuses to believe

However, Vasundhara refuses to listen. She accuses Rahi of deceiving the family and says that Rahi never wanted children in the first place, and now destiny has fulfilled that wish. She reminds everyone that Prem always dreamed of becoming a father, but Rahi's medical condition has shattered that dream. Vasundhara harshly criticizes Rahi, leaving her deeply hurt. Rahi tries to defend herself and insists that Vasundhara is misunderstanding the situation. She then turns to Prem and asks him to trust her.

Meanwhile, Mahi notices that Anupama is worried and tries to comfort her. She raises suspicion about the missing form and wonders if Prem could be responsible for it. Anupama immediately rejects the possibility and says Prem would never do something so wrong. Mahi disagrees and points out that Prem's recent actions have been disappointing.

She reminds Anupama about how he secured their vendor, took away their contract, and even behaved disrespectfully towards her. Mahi feels Prem has changed and could have sabotaged the form as well. Despite everything, Anupama refuses to believe that Prem would stoop to such a level. She worries that she might be unfairly blaming herself while ignoring someone else's mistake. At that moment, she hopes Digvijay returns with some positive news. Soon, Digvijay arrives at the café looking disturbed.

Prem Supports Rahi

Back at the Kothari house, Rahi assures Prem that she will strictly follow her medication and make the necessary lifestyle changes. She promises that she will work on improving her health and try her best to overcome her condition. Hearing her determination, Prem embraces her lovingly.

Vasundhara is shocked to see Prem supporting Rahi and questions his actions. Prem firmly says that no one should hold Rahi responsible for what happened. Vasundhara argues that Rahi hid the truth about her health. Prem responds by saying that Rahi was only neglecting her own well-being while focusing entirely on him and the family. He stands by Rahi and admits that he regrets putting pressure on her. Instead of blaming Rahi, Prem blames himself for not understanding her situation earlier.

Vasundhara refuses to accept Prem's reasoning and tells him that he should face reality. She reminds him that Rahi may never be able to become a mother. Prem, however, makes his feelings clear. He says that having a child is not more important than having Rahi in his life. He promises that he will never leave her under any circumstances.

Rahi Finds Support in Prem

Elsewhere, Gautam silently wishes that Prem and Rahi never have a child. He hopes that the family's property eventually gets divided in favour of Pranshi and Raja's future baby. At the same time, Rahi remains troubled because she knows how much Prem once wanted to become a father.

Prem reassures her once again. He tells Rahi that they are enough for each other and that their relationship does not need anything else to be complete. Khyati feels proud seeing Prem stand firmly beside his wife. She silently hopes that one day he will also mend his strained bond with Anupama.

Prem is Hiding Something

At the café, Digvijay informs Anupama that nobody at the registration center has any information about the missing form. He asks her whether she suspects anyone. Anupama remains convinced that Prem cannot be responsible. She says that she could have suspected Shruti, but never Prem. Digvijay then asks her about the surprise she had mentioned earlier.

Anupama smiles and decides to keep it a secret for now. Soon, she experiences pain in her heels. Digvijay scolds her gently for neglecting her health and advises her to exercise regularly. Even then, Anupama remains optimistic and believes her form will somehow get submitted.

Later, Prem has a restless dream about the missing form. While sleeping, he unknowingly murmurs something related to it. Rahi notices his strange words but cannot understand what he means. Prem suddenly wakes up and worries that the truth about the form must never come out before Rahi.

At the same time, Anupama also has an unsettling dream in which she sees her form being destroyed by fire. She immediately pushes away the negative thoughts and decides not to let them ruin the celebrations planned for Hasmuk and Leela's wedding anniversary.

Hasmuk and Leela's Big Day

Elsewhere, Hasmuk wonders why Leela has not wished him on their special day. He happily buys a flower garland for her. On the other hand, Leela is delighted after getting her telescope back and is equally surprised that Hasmuk has not greeted her yet.

Meanwhile, Rahi and Pari get busy preparing gifts for the anniversary celebration. Pari experiences mood swings due to her pregnancy. Rahi thanks her for constantly standing by her side. Pari lovingly tells Rahi that her future child would be like her own as well.

Soon, Vasundhara notices them preparing gifts and questions what they are doing. Pari explains that they are making arrangements for Hasmuk and Leela's anniversary. However, Vasundhara firmly states that neither Pari nor Rahi should attend the function.

Prem steps in and requests Vasundhara to allow Pari to go. Pari assures everyone that she will share photos and updates with Rahi from the celebration. Rahi says she does not need pictures or videos and only hopes that the anniversary celebration becomes memorable and joyful. Before Pari leaves, Vasundhara reminds her to be careful and not forget that she is pregnant.

As all this happens, the Shah family gets busy making preparations for Hasmuk and Leela's special day and looks forward to celebrating the occasion together.

Precap for the Next Episode

In the precap, Anupama wishes that both Prem and Rahi become part of the anniversary celebrations. To everyone's surprise, the couple arrives at the event. During the gathering, Pari becomes emotional and breaks down before Anupama. Seeing her reaction, Anupama realizes that Pari is deeply worried about Rahi's condition.
