Jokes apart this is so true. My heart literally broke for Meethi when Imlie ignored her for Apu. Like really? the woman emotionally manipulates you and you will hug her and ignore your own mother who has done nothing but looked out for you. She was the one who puts you first and thinks about you. She is the one that raised you. Apu did not even accept you as 'bahu'. She gave you hell and worse for it.

Imlie is so so so thick headed it actually blows my mind.

Also Aru and Meethi bond is everything. I really wanted Aru and Satyakkam to have a good dynamic as well but Aru-Meethi relationship is just >>>>

Mums have the way to get kids to do their bidding. I honestly cannot excuse Meethi here. Imlie needs proper long-winded explanations and apparently only Aru is proportionately good at giving them to her.

But I am more pissed at Imlie for again getting blindsided by labels and overreacting. She could've told her no but she threw a tantrum. And did what she secretly wanted to do.

a bit? girl you are being soft. The woman is pathetic. For all of Imlie's idiotic actions, harsh words and stupidity somewhere I knew it is her background, her age, her experiences and emotional manipulation behind it. There was empathy that then became sympathy in the corner of my heart for her. But now her age nor anything else is a good enough excuse. The woman is simply pathetic and dumb and that is the end of it. No sympathy, no feeling bad, nothing. I am done with her.

She better get a proper redemption arc. That is her only hope

Also I remember her saying something like "voh ek lauti thi jo sirf humri thi" to Aru about Meethi.

That just goes to show how Adi never tried to build a relationship with Imlie's mother even after claiming to love her and Aru just so naturally built one because he is looking out for Imlie, the same person Meethi cares about.
