I don't think so its due to any uncomfortablity between actors... It's the need of the story. Abhi is a fairly intense and passionate lover... So he tries to control himself and not loose in the moment. And Akshu is shy when he takes the charge... So he gives her butterflies but does not cease so that she herself expresses the beauty of passion that shimmers in her over time. And romance generally shaadi ki baad milega. Don't worry.

May be you are right in terms of Abhira romance the passion level.
I love every bit of Abhira. It's just that they always focus PR in these scenes and don't show HC like forehead kiss we need to assume he just does that. Even the time of confession they never showed HC kiss that much focused as they show PR. And even in the car scene also every thing done in rush. That's why and he even stated he is not comfortable doing bold scenes so I thought may be he is not comfortable.
