Sivam worries that it will effect her future if she gets linked up with him. Eventually he agrees and they get the admission. I also got to know in the episode that Kuzhali knows that Sivam is not a doctor and he is a divorcee. That's why she is hitting on him 🤢.

yeah because Arasi has filled a case against Sivam that he has brought a fake mother for admission. So Sivam is trapped now to do this. Ithu enga poi mudiyapoto?
