Jokes apart it's very bad planning. They don't even have time to get adjusted to jetlag. Atleast 1 week before they could have come.

I really don't think it is their fault. This is risk that the organizer is taking to save on hotel costs. Vijay Bhola is a very shrewd businessman - but can be too shrewd for his own good. I have followed his activities for a while and know him to be a businessman I would avoid :)
He possibly has this whole thing insured and may make more money if it is cancelled! 🤣

I think you are reading too much into a bad photo.
She was on thousands of cameras only yesterday because she was the most photogenic person to shoot. How can she become fat in one day?

My feeling is that many stories were spun around contestants, but the one that has a grain of truth is Aru's mother's health. She, apparently, does not keep well and Mumbai does not suit her.
So little choice for someone trying to establish herself.

I just hope her determination and sacrifice pays off.

To be honest I am comparing yesterday and recent pictures with let's say earlier this year. This particular pic I agree is just a bad angle but those other comparisons show an unhealthy trend. For most of these folks actually, except SMP who has actually gone thr other way.
