Rishabh breaks his marriage with Sherlyn after finding proof himself

FINALLY!!!

He finds Sherlyn’s ear rings in Prithvi’s suit. Directly confronts her and tells her he has had enough of her lies and cannot tolerate her for a moment and breaks off his marriage. Tells her the driver will drop her at her home and asks her to leave.

Declares emphatically that he does not need to prove anything to his family, his word is enough. Pretty sure he is going to find out that is not enough.😔

Okay people, please do watch Rishabh Sherlyn scene. Manit was fantastic. Rishabh true to his nature doesn’t raise his voice. But his voice, his questions, the way he put them forward, anyone else would have caved in. It was so heartbreaking to see him like that.

Rishabh runs into Preeta and she apologises but he surprises her by saying he knew she was telling the truth. Just that she didn’t have proof but he believed her and is one of the very few/only person he absolutely trusts. Preeta is genuinely shocked at this.

This after Shrishti did a great job of reminding Preeta that from day 1 Rishabh has always stood by her and more so after her marriage with Karan, he was the only vocal support she had in this house.

Rishabh assures her he will be fine. He will concentrate on his family and business. He might not be able to trust anyone again after this but is glad that she told him the truth.

He apologises to Preeta for losing his cool ( which was just him shouting Preetaji Please, enough with folded hands earlier) and again tells her if it was someone else he would not have believed them. But since it was her he never doubted her for a second. In all this he is more worried about Krithika and how she will handle it.

1. Rishabh tells Preeta he will tell the family himself tomorrow morning after everyone is back. Rightly so, since it is his marriage and he asks Preeta not to tell anyone. He wants to tell them personally and he knows no one will believe Preeta anyway.

2. Preeta calls Shrishti to help her get a device where you can’t delete anything as anyone can delete anything on phone.

First thing she does, she goes and tells Prithlyn that Rishabh is going to tell his family first thing in the morning about them. Giving them ample time to come up with a story. Pretty sure they will go with Prithvi found Sherlyn’s ear ring on the floor and forgot to give it to her story or he found an ear ring thought it belonged to someone in the family but forgot to ask and kept it.

Rishabh told her specifically not to tell anything to anyone and she does EXACTLY the opposite and gives Prithlyn enough warning and time to fix things😡😩🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

Crazy thought - What if Sherlyn dies? Prithvi kills Sherlyn to save himself?

Rishabh is devastated at Sherlyn’s betrayal. Reeling after him losing Preeta because of his own inaction, he finally was ready to move on.

His significant monologue - I am glad she only broke my trust. If I had started loving Sherlyn, then she would have broken my heart. I wouldn’t have been able to handle that.

Seeing Rishabh fall apart like this was really hard to watch. Manit again did a great job.👏🏻

Karan calls Rishabh to check up on him and is shocked when he realizes that Rishabh who generally avoids drink, is so heavily drunk. He knows something is seriously wrong. Thanks to Preetaji’s advance warning, all Prithvi has to do is to create a fake hit and run case against Rishabh. Maybe he lands up in hospital to do more damage to the victim or bribes the victim to accuse Rishabh.

I am hoping for Rishta just for him. Kuch toh achcha ho uskay saath.

He said Preeta is the only one he absolutely trusts and also that he will never be able to trust anyone else ( other than her). So don’t know how they will do it, but want to see him happy again.

The theme currently in the show after Sona came has been of revisiting the past and acting differently or call it lazy writing with rehashing of tracks.😂

Her dialogue on how life leads you at the same crossroads but this time you chose/act differently seems to be playing out now.

Preeta couldn’t tell Rishabh about Sherlyn and stop the marriage as she wanted to tell him with proof.
