i didnt like shiva accepting what he didnt mean......we can clearly see the episode again and context was different....for all others misbehaviors definitely both need to say sorry to each other.......

partial amnesia.......raavi crying at night, thinking about shiva as if they were in love and due to some fight are now separated and in morning, she is hell angry and telling dem she wont go back and doesnt want any relation.....are viewers ko bhi confusion and relation nahi chahiye......bola hai to kayam rehna........never ever go back.........

why the CVs are thopofying dev and rishita on us so much.......rishita to fir bhi thik hai.....dev doesnt know acting and no growth so far........its so tiring to watch him.........

I am honestly depressed after watching the episode- nothing bad happened but still feeling down

And it has nothing to do with Shiva or Raavi. After taking a break it is more evident- the show has definitely has a negative vibe to it Don't know if it is the disconnected characters or dialogues, ot just the subtle regressive thoughts- but something is definitely off. This is not even the PS during the Haveli episodes.

I'm not sure she'd have stood up against her family, but local friends ? I dare say she would've stood up

If not for anything than her ego, because they're insulting her choice, which insults her .

But also the times when writers do her justice , she comes across as a fiercely protective of what's hers fire cracker.

Plus I think she'd have also straight up called him out on his insecurities out loud and direct ? In a shiva don't you dare assume you know how I see you , or don't you dare lump me with 20 people who see you a certain way.

I can for some reason hear her say shakal dekhi hai kudh ki ? To any guy that tries to insult shiva.

Shiva and Rishitha are rebels- they would rather jump off the boat and swim against the tide if it makes more sense to them. 😆

But on the flip side, you could argue that ShiVi and DevTa are paired so that there is balance. The problem with Shiva-Rishitha or Dev-Raavi is that they might not grow as much. They probably think in the same way, so there is nothing to challenge their beliefs or thought process. No checks and balances.

I am not sure what Dev and Raavi would become if they got together- but Rishitha was very clear. Even if she had to fight against the world or lose her family, she did not want to go into marriage with someone without fully loving them(actually somewhat like Shiva's position now- a proper marriage, nothong less.)

I have a feeling that Shiva had never thought about marriage or married life before the current track. So had the wedding fiasco happened a few years later, when Shiva was older, or atleast was old enough where they were looking out for girls, and he had thought about what he wanted from his life partner(not the generic Dhara bhabhi jaisi), Shiva would have refused Dhara.

I have felt that Shiva only promises Dhara things that he can handle- he refuses Dhara when he knows he can't give her what she wants, despite his best ability. Dhara has asked him from a young age to behave nicely with Maami and Raavi, but he only momentarily stopped his acts- he never changed his stance against them. (This is even before Maami's truth came out)

On the day of the wedding, Shiva was clear, atleast subconsciously, that he would never fall in love with Raavi(idiot 😔), and so he was reasonably confident he would be able to live out his life. That is why he was not in a headspace for marriage. Had he thought of marriage before, and realized he strongly cares about his partner being equally invested as him, he would have been adamant in not going forward.

Tbh I think if Dev and Raavi had got together, they'd have been another Gaurav. Bubblegum pop. Nothing to make them stand out . Like you pointed out, neither of them would've grown, because both of them are not the type to push each other to do better or challenged the other . They'd have sort of drifted through life , mostly calm and if there were disagreements I doubt they'd ever reach fever pitch. Because their outlook of the world is the same , and they're conformist.

Dev chosing rishita was the maximum level of rebellion he was capable of.

This DT got me talking to irls about rishita and shiva , who would've the consensus was grown together. Because they'd have pushed each other out of comfort zones constantly . Rough and tumble , probably getting into heated arguements (but the kind that resolves ,because their outlook on the world is kinda similar) rebels. They're both very intense ,no holds barred , if I have to I'll fight dirty people . It probably would have been a dynamic that outsiders don't understand, but it works for them.

If Shiva had had a chance to choose his wife at all, outside of the like bhabhi Jaap, and his family opposed , I think not sure ,but I think he would've fought tooth and nail, much harder than dev did. And if they still said nope , he would've like you pointed out, told Dhara , look I gave up my love cause you asked - that's my limit . I cannot marry somebody you shove at me .

Dhara and the others think shiva would do anything dhara asked of him. And for the most part he would, but he has his own boundaries and they're set in stone . He won't budge on them ,not even for dhara, not unless he wants to

You're all putting unnecessary ideas in my brain. Stap 😭😭😭.

Plus I'm not sure on this but it feels like Shiva keeps himself on a tight leash around raavi, and his manhandling, temper are all slip up. Idk I just think he sees her as a delicate thing sometimes, unlike how he treats rishita.

Fully blame the waaav shiva × rishita and the angles it could've gone on my psychologist friend who watches with me sometimes. She kept saying , opposites attract in the beginning, but it's also what can attack and drive you apart later .The very traits you found loveable are what you come to hate .

And that shivRishita at the least have potential to be great friends ,because they're on the same wavelength in many ways , and that they could've easily translated to an interesting couple.

If they were sorted into houses , shivri go to slytherin .

Rishita is obvious why. For shiva ,may I remind you of khangan khand. He wanted the bangle and so did what he had to.

They'd go to any lengths for those they love . Only.

And if the world falls , well the world is not their problem .

Devta are hufflepuff.

I can totally see her getting into a fight and Shiva having to drag her away as he tries not to smile. Getting shocked by her physical strength, he picked her up on his shoulder as she’s screaming profanities at the friends 🤣🤣 As soon as he puts her down, she point blank asks him about his insecurities and explains her views. They would still need time to work things out but she wouldn’t let the issue go so easily. I can see her giving them the stink eye if they ever cross her path again 😆

Rishita is very similar to Shiva…, fiercely protective and passionate. Too bad Dev isn’t deserving of that love nor passion. Nor does he reciprocate. *smh*

Omg I am having the same problem 🤣 I can totally see Shiva fighting for his love. Heck, if the family was on his side, he would bhagao Rishita from right under Janardhan’s nose and she would happily jump on the bike with him 🤣 And I can see them respecting each other in ways their spouses currently do not. I don’t think Shiva would stop Rishita from speaking to her mom. He hates Maami but he doesnt come in between her relationship with Raavi. I feel like instead of berating her, Shiva would have made plans for Rishita to meet her mom and Kirti (plus it would piss of her father and he would love that).

Also compared to Dev, Shiva would do a better job balancing his love and family responsibilities. He wants a passionate romantic love. He wouldn’t neglect the woman who gives him that. Nor would he push all the family problems on her (which Dev keeps doing). She in turn would love him aside from the family. Make him feel special and personal to her. They would actually talk and listen to one another… not push everything under the rug.

Okay let me stop because I can go on and on 🤣

Side note, I love characters who belong in Slytherin 🤣 I feel like all of my favorite tv characters would belong there 🤣
