Today's episode was quite good. It had a simplistic beauty.

I liked it when Malharrao showered Khanderao with love and affection. Although there were differences between father and son but little bit pampering is also needed sometimes.

And as expected it was Ahilya who motivated Malharrao for the same. But knowing the big fat ego of both her husband and MIL, she smartly stayed in background of the entire scenario, preventing Malharrao from revealing the person's name who motivated him.

But the next scene of Gautambai and Ahilya was again disappointing. I hope that in future Gautama knows that it was Ahilya who made the brief reunion of father and son possible. But in today's episode Gautama was again back to her same rant of not allowing Ahilya to study. (Hopefully the cvs will end the education track quickly, it's probably the longest track of this show).

Then I loved Ahilya's efforts to rekindle the friendship of her and Khanderao. Hopefully Khanderao appreciates and understands Ahilya in future.

Lastly, I guess Khanderao was born in the wrong era. His passion for music would be appreciated in today's time. But in those days it was viewed as timepass and taboo.😒

I loved Malharrao and Khanderao bonding. Khanderao n mommy need to chill tf down and see that Ahilya is just a kid who has a very different outlook of life, if they give her proper time and make her understand their POV, things can be better, they just don't want to put the effort. :(

P.s. :

There have been a whole lot of kings, princes and nobles invested in music and been patrons of art. Whatever music that we call "classical" was patronaged by these nobles. If they didn't have this exquisite taste, we wouldn't have such rich heritage in performing arts.

That's one thing I do empathise with him for. It's like his family needs to watch 3 Idiots or a similar movie.

BOLD: +1. Rather, it is actually good to see this getting bought in by the arts/dances. I know, in Kathak, a lot of experimentation happens wherein several attempts are being attempted to revive those old classical pieces alongside, experimenting with music in present era.
