The news is incorrect. Goa was not in a lockdown when they shot that scene. They could shoot outdoor if the city is not in a lockdown. The bio bubble is a safety measure, it is not a government guidelines.

If the news is incorrect then the channel and PH should put out a press release to set the news straight

Ok ok. It's the first time I am following an ITV show seriously. That's why I am noob in this maamla.
