The reputation of an industry that exists beyond Kangana Ranaut, Kjo, nepotism and their shenanigans. 😛

True.
It is an industry which gives employment to millions of people. It is extremely offending for people who do an extreme hard work to produce a movie.
This won't get much attention because all the big celebs hid behind the Producer's Guild instead of using their names.
I checked their website and Siddharth Roy Kapoor is the President of the Guild.
Members are Roy Kapoor Productions, YRF, Dharma, Red Chillies, Excel, Balaji, Fox Star, Sony, Viacom, Eros, Aamir Khan Productions, Nadiadwala Grandsons, Vishesh Films, Reliance, Disney India and a few others.

It's really just the bollywood mafia & kangana who have lost their "reputation", but as far as I know (I could be wrong) I don't see the public questioning any one else from the industry.
This is how they operate, all masked under guild, their business is at stake and money of course.

Not here but on social media like Twitter/FB, the picture painted is that the whole industry is busy snorting drugs and doing orgies and then if time permits then maybe shoot films.😆

It's a freaking guild- a governing body for the whole television and film industry, not a home grown family production house that operates under it's own whims and fancies 😆 Every issue in this industry is sorted there and everyone working in the industry respects the guild because of it's service to the industry- from the producers right to the daily wager crew members. So the guild is pretty much doing what it is supposed to do- standing in solidarity with the people who make the industry.

They are part of the management that represents the producers in the guild though. Honestly I'm glad the guild spoke up to stand in solidarity with the industry that people were shitting on. And that it sends a positive message to those who want to join the industry and not get bogged down by these nonsensical agendas.
