After helming Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi, Kangana Ranaut has worn the hat of a director for Aparajitha Ayodhya, which revolves around the Babri Masjid-Ram Mandir dispute.

Kangana, who believes that the concept “is not controversial,” mentioned that she did not have plans to direct the film but eventually she felt that she should take up the role of both director and producer.

“The plan wasn’t for me to direct the film. I started it as a project that I worked on from the concept level. I wanted to produce it and rope in another director for it. I was quite busy at that time to even think of direction. However, the script that KV Vijayendra Prasad shared was that of a film set on a large canvas, somewhat on the lines of the historical that I have directed before. My collaborating partners were also keen that I direct it. Eventually, even I felt that maybe it’s best if I helm this film. So, it all happened organically,” she said in a statement.

Talking about the pressure of directing the film, Kangana said, “It does not make me nervous. It’s tougher when you have to carry forward someone else’s vision and find your own vision somewhere in it. In this case, I have worked on this film from scratch, and it’s gratifying and simple once you have the clarity of thought.”

Kangana mentioned that the film is a story of “love, faith and unity, and above everything, it’s a story of divinity.” She also said that she might not star in the film as she wants to focus on being the director.

The film is being written by Baahubali fame KV Vijayendra Prasad, who had previously collaborated with Kangana for Manikarnika.

You people do realize that she is NOT playing (s..T) right?....RIGHT!

That what she is doing is fooling around on a digital piano with pre-recorded accompaniments and assisted finger guide with a built in sequencer, this one she is using also includes instrument sounds beyond piano samples, so that when you "play" you can hear the accompaniment as if there is an orchestra playing with you. In fact she can simply sit there, press a control and the piano will play a multitude of pieces by itself or she can move her hands following a finger pattern and make all of you believe she is "playing" like Liberace. There are great digital key boards in the market, of course the more expensive the instrument the more samples it has stored in ROM and the better quality sound. Yamaha for example has many features that make it one of the best imitation pianos in the market.

However, how ridiculous and fake IS this woman? Her ego is so huge it should have its own identification card. Her need for attention is pitiful and disgusting at the same time.

This is the main reason why I find her so repugnant and offensive. Her lack of respect for peoples intelligence and her disrespect for true musicians is appalling!

I guess she feels people in India are too ignorant to know and so she is passing it off as if she is a virtuosi who learned to play during covid lock down, what it takes true artists years of practice.

Yes the more time you spend playing around with it the better use you can get out of all of it's features.

BUT Come on people quit complimenting her for a fake talent PLEASE! it is embarrassing to see such ignorance and how foolishly naïve people are. The only difference between kangana and anyone else playing that thing is the fact that she can afford one, because talent it ain't!
