She speaks as if she has gutkha in her mouth, its full of spit and she is trying to keep it inside and quickly say her lines before she can spit and get relief. Someone also tell her that not blinking is not great acting.

You are watching a smarty cropped video. They are not coming running inside the library. They were sitting on the other side of the library and are coming to this side for safety when they see the police entering.

Definitely editing is done in the video.. between 35:40 video missing...& then look at how the guy with handkerchief book was closed n in next moment it's immediately opened.

Complete timeline of this video should be available.. to make a sound judgement.
