As a girl, when i am asked about wht equality i received in my house, i immediately tell about, how i received the same respect, love and encouragement as my brother - be it in studies, opportunities, choices etc..

shukla could only talk abt how he cud hit his sisters, the same way they cud hit him... he was mainly talking abt how in his house, his mom had told - ki maro sab, lado sab ...

Even I was wondering why he was talking of equality only in the negative sense and proudly proclaiming it.

he doesn’t know how to behave in general. The way he sits, talks, thinks, everything is disgusting.

His thoughts about equality is what toxic masculinity is all about...

Okay to be fair...he said his parents never told him to be overprotective of his sisters just because they were girls...because their family believed girls were as strong as boys. Thats what he said. But theres a problem there..what kind of a girl is as strong as this person..physically? unless she is Karnam Malleshwari. If ur son is a huge bear of a person....u d tell him not to get too aggressive with his sisters..i dont know anyway..to give him the benefit of doubt..maybe his parents meant well but this fool took it the wrong way? maybe he thought his parents were telling him its okay to yell in the faces of women going too close to them..with his biceps brushing against their breasts..that they were telling him its okay to treat women with disrespect as long as he treated men the same way?

We have to admit this-Shukla is not sexist. He treats everyone like shit. No human being has value in his eyes unless theyre his doormat. Not even then.

I dont agree with Rashmi or anyone when they say 'larkion ki izzat nahi karta yeh' . Arre larkon ki kahan karta hai? Salman ki bhi nahi karta. When Salman criticises him he does passive aggressive gestures with his arms lips and feet.

I guess his sisters wear padded clothing ...since he is allowed to hit them. Those poor women..maybe they are the ones who paid colours to extend this season by another month. They needed some peace of mind at home. Imagine being spat on by him all day for not making the perfect parathas or for not being in the mood to roll chapatis.

His example was may be wrong but his point was only about equality .

When man and woman decide to fight with each other willingly, during that fight if woman hit man and man can also hit back that was his point.

We can called it violence when man repeatedly hit woman and woman is at suffering end. Here i have seen episodes when rashmi gundi has several times that shukla don tried to touch her which was very false allegations on man and it was also about man's character.

When shukla said tere jaisi word, we woman are so pissed off because we can't tolerate it about other woman's character but must say same thing had already happened with sandh shukla when rashmi had very falsely accused him for touching her and also accused him for his dirty character.

here sandh don shukla and rashmi gundi both have attacked on each other's character falsely, still only woman will get sympathy that's why i would like to call it woman's card from rashmi's side.

His thoughts about equality, vis a vis how he actually manifests his mindset and behaves - it’s actually disturbing. Matlab I toh think he genuinely thinks ke ratta maar liya on equality - means his actions automatically reflect it. And it’s not limited to this either - he’ll say stuff like “not to put anyone down” or “not that I think you don’t have brains” - and then proceed to put people down and say they don’t have brains. The guy really needs help.
