His so called monologue actually showed how his upbringing has been .... According to him he has fought physically with his sisters and parents never intervened! ... Ladka ladki besides the point but "physical aggression" should be condemned right when it happens .. Siblings fight but you also have to teach them you can't get physical with anyone regardless of ladka ladki!

His mentality shows how violence and aggression has never been condemned in his family hence he's the torch bearer of it! He's also not taught how to respect boundaries! ... To a point his parents are at fault but once you reach adulthood you have teach yourself from your surroundings and society where to draw the line and which issues should be dealt with sensitivity! But Alas, Kabir Singh brain!

The way he dresses and talks sometimes it feels like ki banda jungle se aya Hai, where he never had to wear clothes and could scream at whoever he wants

What he said was not wrong but that doesn't justify his behavior

Going by Thukla's logic, he would've tored off Rashami's clothes too if Arhaan hadn't came in between.

I guess his sisters wear padded clothing ...since he is allowed to hit them. Those poor women..maybe they are the ones who paid colours to extend this season by another month. They needed some peace of mind at home. Imagine being spat on by him all day for not making the perfect parathas or for not being in the mood to roll chapatis.

Salman would hated it only for women in his house, not for other women because he's done the same in his life.

On topic i didn't get his point, he was talking trash, he seriously thinks women are physically as superior as men strength wise to be treated the same ?

Besides what he said, you either respect or you don't. I don't think many believes in this hence so much abuse in name of eunuchs or gay etc (Those are the words used as abuses to insult others). Everyone is guilty of the same. Even us. Not justifying violence of any sort physical, verbal or mental.

He was trying to sound intelligent and show how he treats men and women the same. I don't think his behavior reflects that honestly. He has definitely been looking down on women especially those who put up with them ex. Aarti and Sana. It's good to have equality but there are still some primal differences bewteen men and women. They have to be considered even when we are talking about equality.

Someone needs to show Shukla a mirror. He truly thinks so high, mighty and morally correct of himself - he has got a twisted view of everything. Look at the house, no one really dares to tell him anything. No feedback at all. Probably happens in his real life too. Everyone knows how he will react. Never mind a woman he doesn't treat another man or a human being equal to him. No one better than him and no one above him is all I have seen so far.

Re-posting:

He just tries to use equality as an excuse to disrespect women.

Equality only comes in when he fights with people yeah? Not when he passes comments about men working for women only if they are romantically interested in them or referring to women as objects or sexualizing every conversation.

Alright, let's think for a second he's right. Mutual respect should be there regardless of gender or age. That being said, has any other person in the house ever been SO disrespectful to him on a personal level first that would explain his reactions?

He's the one who has always reacted on an extreme level making it personal and about gender.
