Not sure if you follow hrithik or just like to hate on him, but usually he’s seen out and about without fancy costumes, 3 inches of caked makeup and overdose of Botox... also he’s ok with his non photoshopped pictures being on internet all the time. So I’m guessing he’s a lot less self obsessed than Aishwariya.
