I don't think Paridhi has any problem. It's the CVs who seem anti Hanita cuz they keep saying PB is not a love story and most of their tweets are about Mini đ” They are way too obsessed with Mini hence they block fans who complain about overdose of Mini. I thought Babita was the main lead but now it seems like it's only Mini đ„± They don't care about Hanita or the other characters as long as Mini is happy đ€Ș They butchered most of the characters especially Hanita only to glorify Mini. Besides they keep cutting Hanita scenes so what can Paridhi do it's not her fault that they're so against the romantic angle. The show has lost its charm anyway. I just hate what they've done to Hanuman and Babita especially Hanuman who was my fav character đ
I donât know if itâs Paridhi or KK. After that intimacy interview of Paridhi, I donât know what to think. Whatever it is, Itâs just unfair for the viewer. When you go to Twitter, you realize there is a huge Hanita fanbase even if there might not be in the forum. Lots of people love Hanita as a couple and want to see more of their romantic scenes esp after marriage. Idk if the writers are deliberately doing this and will gradually show us the romance developing, or if it is always gonna be just implied đ€
Actually hug is not required to show intimacy. If you ever had a chance to see Pakistani shows- Humsafar comes to mind- the leads barely even hold hands but the dialogues, body language and eye contact is so powerful that you get the feel, hell they are even able to show love and hatred over a phone call. For some reason Pradhiâs body language or eye contact is not good when it comes to romance- she seems off and unconvincing. Even her dialogues about Ashok and her love didnât seem believable.

Agree, intimacy, romance and passion can be depicted/inferred without physical contact. I see nothing of that here. People who've just joined the show would never believe Babita loves him. I dunno if this is deliberate.
I showed last couple episodes of the show to my boyfriend, and he immediately noticed that Aniruddh was a good actor. My boyfriend doesnât watch ITV shows ever, but when I was showed him the episodes, he was like âThis hanuman singh is a great actor. You can feel the emotions heâs going through in the scene in his eyesâ. He felt like Aniruddh was better than Paridhi when portraying the emotions. He said Paridhi is a little hesitant in portraying those emotions, like sheâs not giving it all the way. I was surprised he observed all that in just couple episodes. But he still makes fun of me for watching an ITV show đ.
Agree. I wanted to say this but held back as I didn't want to offend any fans. It's possible that makers want to keep it that way. They might show Babitha truly falling in love when all her inhibitions are gone. But as of now her body language makes it difficult to believe she loves HS.Actually hug is not required to show intimacy. Your boyfriend is not off the mark though. Aniruddh just lives the character.Originally posted by: LoveInAutumn26

I agree with your boyfriend. I watch very few ITV shows. I have never watched either Anirudh or Paridhi or Ashnoor before. This is the first time I am watching them. Paridhi does seem hesitant. The natural flow is lacking in her acting which is present in Anirudh and Ashnoor and even Naembi and Laale.

That is one reason I was a bit surprised to find Pradhi had a fan following bigger than Annirudh. I love his and Ashnoorâs acting. They can talk with their eyes and body language. Pradhi has to mouth dialogues or make expressions like angry or sad for audience to know what she is feeling- like the interaction with Lovely after terrace scene. I couldnt tell she was upset, uncomfortable or ashamed before she started talking. Her body is always on attention and she just reads lines. In Ashnoor and Annirudh you can see the slumping of shoulder, the defiant pose when they are angry, facial expressions and the eyes and know what they are feeling before they utter a word.
The series is quite unique in many ways. For me, it has taken its uniqueness to a new level with its train hug!
It was first introduced in that terrace scene. Given HS was sitting on the edge, it was ok. But what was that on the couch, in the last episode? Why canât HS give a normal hug to his wife on one side and his adoptive daughter on the other? Like any normal family will do? Whatâs this with the train hug? The silliness of that scene just took away the essence of the whole reunion.
For all itâs goodness, the series seems to be set in 1950s... i hope the makers will show some reality as they claim, in Hanita relationship.
LOL if daughter was already sitting in the middle, did you want HS to move her to the side so that he can hug wife and daughter on either side?đ.....
Yeh toh presumption ho gayi that HS can't hug his wife normally....situation toh aane do....this situation was about keeping his daughter in the center to make her feel treasured by both mom and dad, simple.
I sense a lot of frustration here about HS-Babita not doing enough romanceđ.....the writers like to keep things gradual with them....that's long established....so I expect that gradual trait will be maintained.
Mujhe yeh 1950s style.....talking to each other through other people and doing "ji ji" to each other....aise hi pasand aaye the when I started watching the showđ....it gives them a different flavor from typical couples.
I guess that makes me ancient too.....haha
