Balaji heroines are very stereotypically dramatic, most of them are great actors but they are inclined towards over the top drama with acquired restraint. Erica is naturally restrained but has acquired dramatics, and that isn't working.In Ericas case what i can say is that she is not the type of actress to fit into the slot of a typical BT female.lead ...BT female leads are of a partucular type interms of char and need to do certain stuff and Erica just doesnt fit the slot and thats why the char is not coming naturally to her when the typicallity is required if u get what i mean.
Abt the two boys they r very well fit with their chars n v natural.
