Noor is not the 2nd wife

I came across this article.

Shaira is second woman in Azaan and Noor's life because they were destined lover, maybe this is what Samiksha meant when she said that she is not playing character of a 2nd wife.

If this is indeed true, then I don't think they know meaning of 2nd wife and 2nd woman.

Is Azaan not a human? They are treating him like a thing which was promised to Noor, now Noor wants it back, funny thing is that properties have more rights than Azaan has on HIS life.

I am trying hard to understand this thought process and concept

Does the writer know what is the meaning of destined lovers and 2nd wife?? What nonsense storyline is this??? They are making a mockery of marriage. Just because Noor was promised that she will get married to Azaan and because she has Azaan’s name in her Mehendi she cannot call hers and Azaan’s relationship as destined lovers and Shayra as a second woman. Stupidity at it’s peak.
