She is not living in a kind of delusion that Raman is an immortal and nothing would happen to him ever.

She clearly said on day one itself, " Mera dil keh raha Hein, Raman ko kuch nahi hua...AGAR KUCH HOGA TOH, MERA DIL KEHTE HEIN".

Trusting on dil ki baat sounds cheesy and romantic, but it happens with us even. If something bad gonna happen to our loved ones, sometimes we get wierd dreams, don't we?? I experienced it.

It's dreams for me, and it's some gut instinct for Ishita. I can't trash it down as some mere delusion.
