As far as we know PB till date have shown many problems existing in society..

They have shown problems faced by Mini and Babes due to divorce and over reliance on family

Hanuman singh's problems being a widower and child who saw abusive father and painful childhood

Naimbee problems through her children

Meeta problems as other woman

Preet problems with Kittu and early marriage things

Kammo Madhu controlling and manipulatice husbands

Lovely Sukhi as infertile couple

Khurana parents as completely dependent persons on children

So now with this Mickey marriage track are they going to justify Ashok's point of view. Like Mickey even Ashok was young when he was married to Babita. Maybe he was not mentally prepared for marriage but might have succumbed to parents pressure. Maybe he became such mean person due to all these things happened in his past.

Actually it is a fact men who get married due to famoly pressure and without his own consent don't love their spouse truly..

Maybe this time they will justify marriage from MEN'S POINT OF VIEW.

I really wont mind seeing mens point of view. Infact men too suffer sometimes in the hands of women. But ashok is a total jerk. His parents have always brought him up as a male child. He has grown up being egoistic, self centred, controlling, etc. I have put emphaisis on the word male because all his follies were ignored by his parents for being a male child, which still happens in many families. First time it wasnt a love marriage for him, ok i understand this, but it was the same for babita too. But what about the second time. He always told meeta that he despised babitas mahanta, so what happened now, meeta is neither mahaan, nor was their relationship forced but he is still a jerk, infact his behaviour is demonic. If early marriage is an excuse for men to do mean things, then woman has to commit a crime, for life is most of the time mean to a female child since the day she is born.

I would really love to see mens point of view if it is mickey, hanuman, dadaji or sukhi. But no point of view belonging to men like khatri, ashok and their kind will convince me ever.

I agree with @divyadaya13

Boy or girl no one should be forced into a relationship. People twnd to withdraw emotionally or lash out physically and emotionally when they are unable to handle themselves. But violence in any way is nor right except self defence

What we need is a thinking shift. The way men and women are brought up especially in India. Men get away with a lot of things.

Girls are forbidden from doing a lot of things. So they rebel by doing it secretly. What we need is open relationship where people can talk to either parents or someone in the family. Open door policy is very important. When i turned 15 my brother gave me a bird and bee talk. He explained what was good touch and bad since i would soon go to 11th in a coed college. He told me there were no secret and i could tell him anything and he would never judge me

So when a relative passed a inappropriate remark i could not tell my parents. But somehow he wormed it out of me and made sure i never cross paths with that man or ever be alone

I used the same policy with my younger siblings and was able to help them pass the bully phases.

Perhaps i was bullied lesser at college and school because i was known to throw a mean punch if someone crosses a line

So what i am trying to say is build a environment where pple can talk. Listen and agree to disagree if need be. But try and hear

I am also hopeful that the CVs will explore Mickey's dilemma and that this leads to discussions about men's perspective. Fair enough, Babes is teaching him to make samosas, but the point is why should he try to impress the girl out of fear of his father rather than because he wants to?

Also, making the guy squirm would hopefully help people see that what we take for granted as girls bringing tea/snacks to visitors who come to assess/judge them, is a terrible thing to impose on them.

Mickey's parents haven't been brought into the picture yet, but Preet's anxiety is going to take a difficult turn, I feel. I know this track is deliberately done to teach people something, so I will wait to see how it unfolds. I also think that Preet hasn't learned a lesson yet from her experience with Kittu. Women losing each other's friendship over a guy is sad, and this might be what the CVs are trying to explore. Don't know if Minnie will be ok to reconcile with Preet again if this happens.

@anjuRish I completely agree with what you said, and I am also really pleased to read about how your brother supported you. The foundation is extremely important for both men and women but often this critical part of bringing up children gets overlooked or diluted amongst "other priorities" of the parents or other family members.

i think they want to show about one sided love. I hope preet learns some lessons and concentrate more on getting educated and standing on her feet.

its a point that there is male's pov as well & it would be good if cvs explore this part .

& ashok umm he is a gone case , makers hv seen to that . now nothing will convince viewers because lately he is drooped to such lows...🤢 , a complete shallow man .

with ashok i'll also criticize the people around him , the family especially beeji .

she herself is responsible for all her woes , both of her children r extremely spoilt due to her . lack of strictness , discipline has made them what they r today i.e. selfish , insensitive , ill natured .

ashok might hv traveled to overseas & worked there , experienced different cultures , etiquette but never incorporated the positives or improved his psyche . in insides he remained that what he wanted to be , which no sophisticated , high esteemed meeta could change infact she herself got changed in his love...🤢

such men cannot put the blame on society or the hometowns they belong to because that same place has also men like hanuman singh , laale , sukhi , & his own father .

I truly agree with each and every one of you here. Perhaps, this is the sad reality of a country like India, where it is not just woman who face problems but also men. Domestic Violence, rape etc and many other heinous crimes are faced by men as well. The whole point is, such things have never been highlighted. There was no medium to show that men too are victims. It is not like woman face more problems and men face it less because they are the ones who do it most of the times... I am glad PB is actually showing such an important track. And Ashok, I have no words for that justified criminal. A man who can go to such an extent of man handling his pregnant wife, can even go to the extent of murdering. And in this episode I totally remembered what Hs told. Men are ultimately monsters when someone tests their patience and someone butchers their ego. It is the sad reality of our society. And such men should be hanged. Jail is an understatement...
