What is there to answer here.. Its been shown multiple times that they have married, unknowingly, out of their sense and the recent one in full knowledge. They have both unknowingly fulfilled the customs required for a Hindu marriage ritual and also knowingly with their full knowledge accepted each other and exchanged vows. In any culture, tradition, religion, these things constitute a marriage. The CVs are not going to wave a banner declaring anupre are married.

Even both family thinks anupre are married. In last confrintation scene, Mohini said pre married anu for money n veena believes its love. Now how can they show they are not married?
