Woahhh!!! mind blowing episode. Confrontation was just perfect. My favorite dialogue from the episode ... “ tumne courtship apne bhai ko outsource kar diya” 👏

The way she walked into the house with those balloons shows what those balloons meant to her...my oh my!!

The best part was her realising everything Abir's done for her - that was so pleasantly surprising I didn't expect the revelation to come so soon. :) :)

And the balloons!! Awwwwwieee.

What an episode...but it's rhea's day, she stole the show completely. Next is ritwik...the way he portrayed himself is too good. Glad abir is not there... just to let everyone know that mishty can take decisions without abir also as we can see her depending on abir few times.

By his explanation, Kunal's character has been reduced considerably, hope this confrontation was heard by mishty's family. They won't even think of Kunal n kuhu marriage 😀. So one sided...this is the reason courtship is necessary.

The way Meenakshi planned everything is heartbreaking actually... mishty is badly humiliated, we can see from the way how she is crying

Totally dhamaakedhar episode till now. Glad to see such show's where it is realistic and also not dragging

the best part was mishti not much affected by her father truth or let her vision clouded by it but she actually held her head high and stood that her father was wrong and she has no control on her father doing but she has control on herself only

i like this thing in mishti and earlier abir i used to like he never let two situation mix to take his decision

anyway today meenu failed so badly she wanted mishti to break but her son will be broken and despite these planning mishti will become her bahu only

@bold - yes both ritvik and Rhea were outstanding. :) And Kudos to the writers for keeping the focus where it was required and sidelining the main lead (Abir) . As I writer I know it's very easy to pull in the main lead and they cud have done that - but they chose to keep the focus on Kunal and Mishti and that relationship. If Abir was in the frame, we would have focused on MishBir relationship instead and the scene wouldn't have been as powerful.

@bold that was very impressive by the writers..even i loved the focus only on kushti..I am very..very happy badi maa was not there

What an episode. My jaws almost dropped listening Mishti and rivik confrontation. I always wanted the confrontation scene to be like this and they did it so well. Rivik is an awesome actor and he proved it tiday. Despite my hatred for Kunal after this episode, my respect for ritvik as an actor have grown. And Rhea was superb as always. She has the potential to be one of the finest indian tv actress. She emotes Mishtis emotions so well. Im just so over the moon with this brilliant episode.

@bold - yes he did. With such an amazing cast, the makers better utilise these talents. Shaheer, ritvik, Rhea, rupal. Ek se Bhadkar ek.

The thing is, I didn't hate kunal - somewhere I could understand where he is coming from and even sympathise - just like Mishti is in this for her family, so is Kunal.

Yes he is arrogant and self centered, but poor guy nobody deserves two broken engagements , that too a rich handsome guy.

Mishti is mature and intelligent , she realizes that kunal will never support her in future, he is controlling and verbally abusive too, he and his mom would have made her into a door mat. Big ben did mishti a favour. It was evident from this episode that kunal did not like mishti one bit, so why would a rich goodlooking guy want to go for tuis kind of arrnaged marriage especially when he is not attracted to the girl and thinks hod to be bride is manipulative , liar with parents whoa re murderers, any normal guy would have broken the engagemnt there and then and saved himself future humiliation.

Wonder now how abeer will manange to get together with mishti as all of his family will be totally against her mainky big ben and kunal.

What does being rich and good-looking got to do with broken engagement?!

If you are referring that there will be no dearth of girls for Kunal , so need for him to hang on to Mishti - then that's superficial too. Looks can only get you so far as Mishti rightfully proved today. :)

IMO for kunal it's more like I have gone through this one time and my family cried with me - I'm not going to go through this again ( a broken engagement). Just like Mishti agreed to the goddhana for the sake of her family even though her heart wasn't fully into it, Kunal did too I guess.

Yep, the future dynamics will make for an interesting watch. If the makers handle it well. And today's episode has given me tremendous hope

@kunals character - though arrogant it's also plausible - drama stemming from the characters and circumstances and not drama for the sake of drama. That's the makings of a really good show!

@bold -YES!! I loved that dialogue when she held her head high and said she is not responsible for her father's action, but hers alone! Way to go girl!! Abir would have been soooooo proud!

Today's episode was the best one till now! It totally satiated the whole purpose of the show and showed how circumstances make people behave the way they behave. Even though Kunal was wrong in many aspects, as an audience, you could sympathise with him. You could understand that anyone would feel shocked and worried if they learnt that their to-be wife's father was a criminal. Besides, that the truth came out in front of everyone on the day of their engagement makes Kunal's reaction more believable. Also, I liked how they showed that Kunal was in this entirely for his family and that's why he agreed to still get engaged. He was never really attracted/ felt connected to Mishti in any way. In fact, he was so much detached from her that he could easily doubt her actions. The trust factor portrayed is the highlighted point shown in the show. If two partners cannot trust each other right from the start, it becomes difficult to live together in future. I believe the show has done an excellent job in bringing this forward through the story in these 55 episodes. The way Mishti spoke up and told exactly what needs to be said in such a situation, she represents every Indian girl who has faced a similar situation. I loved the way things came out eventually- flowers and dates. However, I would have loved it if the truth about Abir saving Mishti's life twice would have gotten revealed along with this too. But I guess that's not important to the plot now. Also, I liked that they showed Abir to be noticing Naman's confession of not being responsible for the jhoomar accident. I guess he will delve into this further and may find out that Meenu was responsible for it. Thus, they will bring the earlier charm of Abir back- one who questions and stands for what is right. Anyway, I loved Rhea's acting today. I feel she is an underrated actress. Her portrayal of Mishti's dilemma and self respect was very convincing. I feel she needs to be appreciated more! Ritvik did an amazing job as well! I'm really excited to see what happens in the future episodes.
