I think if they are voted out by public, then there is no chance.. If they've been forced/opted to leave by themselves like Oviya & Sri, they may come back at later point..

Nithya varanum naa, maybe like Harathi, Julie, Sakthi maadhiri guest ah few days ku varalaam.. but cannot play as a contestant..

In Hindi, Priyanka Jagga was voted out in first week but came back as wild card.

Sonali Raut was voted out but came back as contestant in the following week.
