Vijay Deverakonda calls fans ‘God’s blessing’ after massive birthday celebrations

Actor Vijay Deverakonda shared an emotional note for fans after receiving a massive response on his 37th birthday on May 9. Large crowds gathered outside the actor’s Jubilee Hills residence in Hyderabad throughout the day, with several videos from the celebration going viral online.

Vijay later took to X and thanked fans for their constant support and affection. The actor admitted that the overwhelming response left him emotional and also made him feel responsible towards the people who continue supporting him over the years.

In his note, Vijay wrote, “To all of you, each and everyone, my dearest rowdy boys and girls, my dear older brothers and sisters, all who are like my parents, all of you always showering me with your love.”

The actor further added, “I cannot tell you how much i love you, your love makes me emotional.. your love makes me want to give everything away.. it makes me feel like i am not doing enough.”

Sharing how deeply the support impacts him, Vijay also promised to continue working harder in the future. “Makes me feel like i need to do a lot more, to give you all a lot more.. i will do it,” he wrote in the post.

Concluding the message, the actor thanked fans once again and called their love a blessing in his life. “Again, my love to all of you. You are God's blessing to me,” Vijay stated.

Earlier in the day, the actor stepped out of his Hyderabad residence to personally greet fans waiting outside since morning. Videos from the celebration showed Vijay interacting with the crowd, waving at supporters and cutting a large multi tier birthday cake arranged by fans.

His wife Rashmika Mandanna and mother Madhavi Deverakonda were also seen standing beside him during the celebration. Rashmika later shared a behind the scenes note from the birthday celebrations and referred to Vijay as “my man” in her social media post, which also drew attention online from fans.
