I loved Piku it was a slice of life movie and refreshing. Loved her chemistry with Irrfan and Amitabh.
Also a relatable family dynamic where children end up looking after parents after they reach a certain age.
I did not like Alia’s expressions in some emotional and spy scenes.

Piku is my go to comfort movie , I wish deepika would do movies like piku again . Everything about this movie was perfect cast , music , cinematography. Raazi was an entertaining movie but I didn’t like that they changed the ending and it’s not something I feel like I want to re visit !
Raazi is strictly a one time watch with zero cultural impact while Piku is a cult classic...

There will never be another movie like Piku. can not find a single fault in this movie, neither acting wise, nor story wise. its perfect.
Raazi' ending narrative "mujhe ghar jana hai" killed the spirit of the original story. even the writer of the book expressed his disappointment regarding this.
I only know that my mom loves both Piku and Raazi. She loves rewatching them.
She became a Aloo fan after Raazi.
Both films had tremendous cast to support the leading ladies though. ABsr, Irfan, Jaideep Ahlawat, Vicky Kaushal .
