I highly doubt it will flop. Though would be interesting to know the outcome if it did. At the lowest it will get average rating but not flop. Anyway, I don't think the actors would be affected by it flopping. Aish has many flops and so called Beauty Queen so therefore won't leave an acting career or get less offers. Anushka has Sultan success. Even though, I feel that didn't exactly boost her career either. And Ranbir is a Kapoor.
Kjo might be in some hot water though...

Of course it will affect people.

I don't think it is possible to make a movie and have absolutely no one affected by its fate. So many people are involved in creating it.
