There are some who dance great

however these listed have not only been that..they are the ones who have not only danced exceptionally well..also their song/songs have been chartbusters remembered even today or for years to come

who in your opinion..has rocked dance numbers the most out of these?

P.S: this is once again not only about dancing but also the popularity of their songs and them being chartbusters..

Voted for Madhuri.. keeping Helen out of this comparison because she is beyond that and I dont think its fair also as most of the people here havnt seen much of her dance

I don't think anyone ever reached the popularity of dance numbers the way Madhuri did. She became synonymous with dancing/chartbuster numbers in the 90s - from Ek Do Teen, Choli Ke Peeche, HAHK songs (Didi Tera Devar Deewana esp), Ankhyiaan Milaaoon, Mere Piya Ghar Aaya to even Maar Daala and Dola Re Dola... I don't think any other actress had reached to those levels of success in terms of dance/song popularity.

dnt know much abt sridevi or madhuri as dancers apart from
the most popular numbers of their times like ek do teen
n dola re n nagin dance n mr india..
as much as i have seen it felt they were more on lachak jhachak..
i refuse to hold it in much high regard..

as for madhuri in dola re i found ash dancing very lightly
n as much effortlessly..so nothing spl ..same latkas n
thumris even shilpa is capable of

so voting for Katrina who has shown what is dancing
n what is a flexible body..right from kamli to banjara
she has bettered every performance of hers..
hoping someone gives her a classical too..

Madhuri is the synonym of dancing. Her facial expressions, her hand gestures and her body moments. She's extremely graceful in whatever she does.

While Kat on the other hand is expressionless, she dances like a man on top of that.
