Don't know about Kartik's "bad times" but I very much felt that Karan is just doing 'window-dressing' with Kartik and not valuing his potential as an actor... ( he may have intended to do the same with Lakshya but fortunately, there is TBOB... so curious about the other 2 movies Lakshya has to do under Karan's 3 movie contract).
