I think to not happening either they don't care or they don't want to change the cast and montage or too busy or ...

Any way it's a shame how the new cast is not given its due

Once upon a time, when one of the actor left the show, montage etc were not changed for a long time.

Right, we need to change it right now for the new cast irrespective how we see them.
