AN INTRODUCTION:
Nandini and Manik have been the best of friends since school days. And when it came to their personalities, they were the weirdest.
Nandini Murthy aka "the Atom Bomb" (as she was known by all) was exactly it. Small yet dangerous. She had attributes, tastes and choices that were more masculine - dark and solid when it came to colours, quick and no fuss to dress up, a love for anything that was big and muscular such as heavy bikes, giant dogs, and strong cars. She also had an unbelievable temper to top it all off and took no shit from anyone.
On the other hand, Manik Malhotra aka "the Gentle Giant" had a personality that had no match to his huge size and hence the nick name. When it came to his choices and traits, it was exactly the opposite of Nandini's - light pastel colours, he took forever to dress, preferred anything that was easily manageable.
In spite of all their unique choices and different temperaments, they remained glued to each other through thick and thin and continued to be the best of friends. Until...
TRIVIA:
Drew the majority of my inspiration from the song "Heaven" by Bryan Adams. Ever heard it before? If you have, you'd be able to connect to the title. I especially love this cover version by Boyce Avenue. Check it out: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E0wW9RwpG7M
Also found this funny: what if Manik's and Nandini's personalities got interchanged? Nandini - a person who'd silence the one who pisses her off with a solid, brutal punch and Manik... the one who very well knows about her temper and... the one who'd be running around and trying to pull her off a fight. LOL.
SPECIAL REQUEST:
Oh well. We've heard this before. That's right. It's copyrighted. So no lifting off stuff from here. No copying. No posting here and there without asking. It seriously sucks and it definitely possesses me with "The Manik Malhotra". So just enjoy this treat from my side for being away for so long 😛 Oh and yeah... The Greek God will resume and continue as usual. 😉
