Ranbir Kapoor signs his next

After delivering this year's most loveable film - Piku, filmmaker Shoojit Sricar is all set to kickstart his next big venture. And from what we hear he's roped in Ranbir Kapoor to play the lead. Well, Shoojit's forte is realism and it'll be a delight to watch Ranbir in an out and about down-to-earth role, especially after the over the top Bombay Velvet. Bombay Velvety and Roy (cameo) were Ranbir's only two releases this year, both of which bombed at the box-office.
The actor now has Imtiaz Ali's Tamaasha with ex-flame Deepika Padukone and Anurag Basu's Jagga Jassos with girlfriend Katrina Kaif in the pipe line. And with Shoojit's next in his kitty, Ranbir is surely gearing up to rule the box-office next year. For now we're looking forward to finding out who Ranbir's leading lady will be in the film.
