Thank you, Shyamala ji. (i am from the late 70s, and as a mark of respect will maintain Shyamala ji).
You bet, i am on board/continue on MK through your posts.

On Maya, I completely agree with your thought process, that, if the makers intent was to get the viewers grasp any esoteric hidden meanings, then it would have been made explicit. One would expect them to know their market better, and, what a futile exercise if much of the research/effort is not grasped by the masses.
The only Maya who has ever impressed me was in Gautham Menon's - Kaakha Kaakha - Tamil movie. She is introduced as a beautiful illusion, in an otherwise monochromatic lifestyle of a IPS officer. The few movies i watched, makers/writers experimenting with Maya as a connotation to illusion, have grappled with re-creating the enigma on screen.

My dear Vishu,

I am glad you are not going to abandon me; I see that you have read my minitake on Episode 62 of last night already. I would strongly recommend that you watch the episode. It is definitely worth it.

I shall try and see if Kakka Kakka comes on TV.It sounds very interesting. Bringing the kind of maaya Shruthi is thinking of onscreen is next to impossible, and totally impossible to get it across to a mass audience. Reincarnation, yes, aatmas, yes, but maaya, no way!

Shyamala (what? I cannot call myself Ji, so I shall leave it as it is!)

PS: Your full name, Vishalakshi, is beautiful and meaningful. I am sure you have large, lovely eyes!
