Base Point Of The Episode - Nandini is pregnant after 8 years of her marriage! Celebrations everywhere.
Episode starts with Devyani who is in talk with Akshara regarding her doubt on Nandini being pregnant & how will they ask them to go for check up.
Here, Mohit decides to stay as a paying guest in Surat. Naitik and Sahuraya tease him while Naitik jokes that mohit is bhukkad who can even go south africa for food😆 while mohit says I will eat gujrati dishes there while you eat kachodis made by your mother in law!😆 a very fun loving scene! Naitik says he is fine with them as he cannot eat all those stuff in surat as he don;t like it. Shaurya also tells that he as well cannot stay in hotels for long, despite of the fact that they have hotels business.😆 All three starts laughing.😆
Anshuman tries to reconcile with Naman, but in vain. Anshuman calls Naman but naman was upset because of karishma so he did not talk to anshuman in pleasant manner and cuts the call while anhusman is very angry for this kind of nonsense from naman. Jasmeet consoles him.
Akshara and Devyani are coming to talk to Nandini in hall. Meanwhile, Nandini becomes unconscious. All starts panicking while they go to Doctor for the check up. Mohit tells that reports will come later, but devyani suspects that these days these kind of reports are received soon right. Rukmini asks her about what 'kind' of reports is she talking about? Is Nandini suffering from any viral malaria etc? Devyani denies stating that she is talking about good news.
All get confused. Akshara tells that devyani feels that Nandini is pregnant. Devyani informs the Singhania family that Nandini is pregnant. All are quite shocked to hear this as they did not expected this as 8 years ago Doctors have informed them about Nandini's infertility and Nandini tells that she hasn't taken any treatment as well as they had Yash with them as their child so they never gave a thought to this. Naitik says that this suspicion of Devyani has made all of us joyful and hopefull but we don't want to be sad again if not god forbid this is not so. Devyani reassures Naitik that she strongly believes and she is sure that you all will not be disappointed. She calms others and also she calms Naitik who is worried for his sister, Nandini. Bhabhima says to devyani to not start on this as this may hurt Nandini if it is wrong.
Rukmini rebukes Devyani as Nandini is infertile. Meanwhile, a doctor confirms that Nandini is pregnant by calling Mohit. The Singhania family becomes delighted by the same. All are very happy. Rukmini apologizes to her. Rukimi gets emotional and hugs Nandini. Nandini and Mohit are very happy and get emotional as they are becoming parents after 8 years of their marriage when they did not expected this news to come in their life. They thank God for the same.
Rukmini says that we should remember God for this happiness hence tomorrow they will be doing a hawan and worship in the temple and invites everyone. They all start doing Ghoomer dance. Daddaji asks Rukmini to not cry as this is very special moment for her and she says that she is very happy hence got emotional.
Mohit decides to leave for Surat. The Singhania family wants Mohit to stay with Nandini. Rukmini asks him to not go. Nanadini says that Mihit shoould go as the work is new and she has everyone here and even you're with me Rukmini maa so she has no worries. Nandini assures Naitik that once Mohit goes surat, he don;t have to even look at there as he will handle things
Naitik congratulates Nandini. Akshara discusses the same with Naitik but he says that if they want to achieve their target for Diwali so they have to keep working till Diwali and they are already running late. So, delaying mohit's work is not possible. All gets worried. Naitik and Akshara asks all of them to celebrate this happiness as they will find a solution to this soon. Here, Nandini prepares Mohit's bags for going to surat and they hug each other and also promise each other that even after their own child comes in to their life, they will never ignore Yash as he is their first son and will be always there. They are very happy with this news 😃especially Nandini.😳

Precap - All are there in temple praying to God and doing worship for Nandini-Mohit's upcoming child. Meanwhile, Nandini faints in between which makes every one worried and they try to make her awake.
