I don't remember Clearly But Abhinav and Akshu's living Condition was really Poor and Akshu Said to Abhir they can't give him Luxary something like this that's Why maybe Abhimanyu got the Custody [I'm not sure about this] but at the End of the day Abhinav and Akshu got Abhir's custody because Apparently Abhir wants to Live With Abhinav and Akshu. And Here Maira wants to live With Geetanjali and Armaan. And She wants geetu as her mother.

But according to storyline abhira Is the lead so she'll get both Armaan And maira either way
