I don't think many are "self-made", a lot of these actors have background support. We all know Katrina had Salman, Deepika was a popular socialite/model, Ash was Miss World.
So I don't think anyone can be 100%, somewhere theres always a connection. Even with Ranveer, he's a distant relative of Anil Kapoor, who knows maybe he helped him out?
I think self-made is a term that should be used loosely here, because you just never know! I have heard some ministers support certain actors/actresses. So I'll say NOBODY is self-made, just lucky with good contacts.
But again- that's self made too na!
not like they are famous superstars kids and got it on a platter
1) if salman liked Katrina- she HAD it in her to make him like her 👍🏼 not easy to impress a guy whose last gf was one of the most beautiful women on the earth and NO, its not just sex as he can have it with any one- he literally liked her and stayed with her- so credit goes to kat for that
2) Deepika had it in her to become a supermodel, again- its her talent 👍🏼
3) Ash was gorgeous enough to be crowned miss world- again it was on her own 👍🏼
how can we not call all these self made?
also if dpad wasn't asked for an audition- she again HAD it in her to make people take her without any audition!
and I don't include casting couch else poonam pandey would be a superstar today!
