I really like the character of Usman from day 1. Like other characters he too have flaws but he never let them come in way of rational ways. Best quality being that he is a man of few words, he don't speak much but when he does, dare anyone interfere. He loves and respect every member hence give in to their demands till a point when its acceptable. He has a sense of good understanding and is one smart man who let people have their space and decide for themselves. He may guide them about right or wrong but would not force into accept the same. And his calm way of looking at things and analysing. I must say though BI has same old story and they just make it different by presentation but chaacters are never seen before. They are perfect balance of everything.
