Why Ekta cannot bring in some tolerable characters 🤢

Ekta had several choices for the vamps, but the choice she made was the
most disgusting and gross of all, knowing the trp situation of this
character. There are always choices and the Producers could have done
this in a different manner.
What is really disappointing is the handling in this, the insentivity shown
regarding the viewer. We had to witness and sit through countless
problems with the storyline, noncontinuity--etc,etc, for the storyline kept
going one way and then stops and turns the other way towards the
direction of the repto....
Anyways, my point is that now zee has a female rapsit as a main
character and the price paid to get this character to play centerfield was
grossly overpriced ---analysis of the cost incurred so far....was gr

I did this analysis to see how this situation occured in this show--why
and how did it get here--of course things could have been done
differently, they had several options but to get where they have, they had
to completely destroy the JB jodi and most of the characters and most of
the storylines suffered and got diverted to repto...
She already is the center character now, and to make her one they had to
destroy most of the characters. Jigyasa could have been a vamp, Barnali
anyone...But she was chosen and a rapist at that. A female rapist will play
centerfield now and ride on the coattails of JB again..We are all looking
forward to the revenge trk with Bani coming back, of course the trps will
rise bc of that but then repto rides on that trk again...She will be in on it
as the Walia malkin (this is so wrong as Jigs character was drafted Jigs
would never allow anyone to be the Malkin of WM except herself)--
I really cannot tolerate this person on my screen. She succeeded and
breaking the frame containing PD/RK together. That JB frame is gone for
awhile. Basically, gross character assasinations were done to get her to
play centerfield.

Great post man...only bcz of these 2 actors v r hooked up in ks...mayi doesn't know that...

Lovely multiple posts in the last few days!!!

A victim begging before his perpetrator, that is not drama, nor art, it is pure repulsion, sensationalism at its worst. What a fall from grace for the show!!! You are right. This should not have been allowed to happen.

Now to the storyline or whatever is left of it:
Let me begin by saying I don't much care for JW or BW. Depending on how badly they are handling their married life, I am alternately irritated or annoyed by the ways of their couplehood. I also think, against popular opinion, that they will be happier apart where they can love a little less intensely, care a little less. I canceled my zee subscription after the ONS and have been visiting this forum for a very long time just to read the superb posts by many of its members of all persuasions, for Jai, against Jai, for Jai and Bani, for Bani, against Bani. I watch some episodes off and on depending on the updates.

I know mine is not a popular opinion on the forum but yesterday my heart went out to JW in a way like never before. It was his show all the way. For the first time I saw a man without his machismo, a man stripped of all dignity, a man truly castrated. What options does this man have? Can he save his wife in his current state as many suggested and wanted? Can he think in his current state? Can he growl or bite back in his current state? Does an already destroyed man, a wounded animal, have the ability to destroy anyone? Do we as audience further kick him or do we feel for his sorrow? Do we call him a wimp or do we weep with him for not being able to find a way out?

I wept with him because yesterday I didn't see a business tycoon that many saw, that many felt let down by, that many felt should have taken care of his wife, that many felt should have been in his avenging RB avatar. Yesterday I saw Jai Walia for the first time failings and all, completely vulnerable, competely broken. I wanted to offer comfort, I wanted to apply salve to his wounds.

I felt like an intruder witnessing the darkest hour of this once powerful, now humbled man and hated being a voyeur to his deep sorrow but couldn't help myself. Such was the power of RKs acting.

Despite the fact that the leap is happening in the most distasteful, most repulsive, most disgusting manner, I think there is no way but up from here for Jai and Bani Walia fans. All that is good news. Lets see how it builds up.

Frankly it doesn't matter if the show destroys itself because Ekta deserves it, and Zee deserves the loss from revenue for giving equal billing to sub standard actors like Roshni Chopra or for not finding a better substitute for an important character role like Jigyasa (they have been awful and I don't mean awful because they have negative roles but because they have not been able to carry a negative role). That is the price they have to pay for encouraging and sustaining nepotism in important roles. I do care that the KS forum, its lovely fan fictions, the friendships, the community of which I am mostly a silent member,continue.

Sorry for the long ramble and will go back to silent mode for a while.
