I totally understand that he is GAY and can not love Vidya the way he loves Karan but when he has his sporadic bursts like "Vidya mari patni se" OR "Aggar mari Vidya ne kuch hogaya" , what does he actually mean???

There was a point when he could not tolerate Vidya and used to try every trick in the book to get rid of her and then we as an audience see him defending her etc. by him alleging she is his "Wife"

What r we supposed to assume by this? That he's defending her because he looks upon her as a wife OR because she's his wife "in name"and he's doing so because he "has to"?

I'M CONFUSED I WUD LOVE YOUR GUYS INPUT 😕

I think its more in name only and to give her some respect because she has been through so much due to him she deserves to be respected its not because he considers her more than tht.

May be they are trying to show at least one reason for his affection towards Vidya which may develop into love, though non-sexual.

Gaurav has deep respect for Vidya. Just because he is gay doesn't mean he doesn't care for her.

I think its Gaurav's care and such respect for her, and knowing coz of him, she has been through alot and what he has done to her, i think from Gaurav there is guilt for that as well

I would say it's guilt, pure and simple. He feels terrible about the way he has behaved with her in the past and his public standing up for her is his way of saying, "I'm sorry." That he loves Karan is evident, over and over again. Vidya, he is guilt-ridden enough to show some concern towards.

Gaurav has been married to Vidya for nearly a year. So there has to be some type of feelings for her. He probably does love her, but in his own way and not the way he loves Karan.
And now hes just realised his responsibilities and on top of that guilt for what Vidya has gone through for him.

i think its because he does care for he and love her in his own way but not that 'one in a lifetime' love. He also respects her a lot. he calls her his wife because she is his wife. he has accepted that - he just doesn't love her lyk karan.
