I think this explains why Pandu didn’t go back to Hastinapur when he had Yudi also why Pandavas are rarely called “Kurus”, People accepted them as son of Pandu but didn’t accept them as Kauravas
But why so

Krishna was exchanged? How and Why?
At birth. Vasudev exchanged him with the newborn daughter to Nanda Baba and presented her as their child
HV is clear that she didn't die n was raised in Mathura?
he was exchanged with yashoda's biological girl child right. that is what tv shows show.
who did the girl grow up with, she was given to vasudev right

Drapaudi wouldn't have been just "another" wife of krishna even if he had 16 main wives instead of 8. Their relationship is very clear from their interaction. She was NEVER just "another" person for him.
It was vyasa who advised them for the panchal alliance. He suggested polyandry because he wanted yudhishtra to sit on throne and his brother to support him their unity was required this marriage provided them that. A mature intelligent woman that panchali was she handled it very well. Her marriage her responsibilities towards her state. It was not easy to run an entire empire. But she did it . And she did well.
Krishna wanted panchal kuru alliance to tackle jarasandh. There were two options yudi and dury Vyasa wanted yudhishtra and he held a lot of power. So i think krishna just went with him .
politically draupadi wouldnt be queen . even if krishna attained that power it would still go to rukmini as his first wife. And drupad dint want krishna as his SIL
i am not talking about emotional importance here.

Political also panchal had more power than rukhmini s kingdom. Panchal and kuru had the most power in those times. So if drapaud s only daughter weds someone and he pitches his army to back krishna s claim for the imperial throne. It would have been panchali as a queen. Rukimini first wife or not wouldn't have had any power. Dwaraka/krishna needed panchal alliance to tackle jarasandh. So in case drapaud is helping them he will want his daughter on the throne right.
After all it was marriage to drapaudi and winning panchal as in laws that gave yudhishtra and his brother confidence to stand up to their powerful cousins and demand their kingdom.

Politically drupad had earned one more enemy jarasandh if krishna became his son in law
Chiilii informed dwarka land was balram's dowry means revati's father given place , acc 2 it balram has right to rule dwarka more than Krishna , I don't think balram was great enough to leave his right 2 rule for krishna

Magadh was the most important and powerful kingdom, and what importance did Asti or Prapti have?

Magadh & chedi supported Pandavas right as Vijaya & karenumati were from there

Jarasandh was the powerful right ?? He was krishna s biggest enemy right ?? Krishna needed alliance to tackle him right ?? The rivalry having something do with kansa s death who was jarasandh s SIL. Right??
So if krishna marries drapaud s daughter. And drapaud pitches in his army to support krishna s claim to the imperial throne and against jarasandh he would want his daughter to be queen right ??
Here reason for enimity with jarasandh is mentioned -
Some time after when king Kansa was slain by Vasudeva, an enmity arose between him and Krishna. Then, O Bharata, the mighty king of Magadha from his city of Girivraja, whirling a mace ninety-nine times, hurled it towards Mathura. At that time Krishna of wonderful deeds was residing at Mathura. The handsome mace hurled by Jarasandha fell near Mathura at a distance of ninety-nine yojanas from Gririvraja The citizens beholding the circumstance well, went unto Krishna and informed him of the fall of the mace. The place where the mace fell is adjacent to Mathura and is called Gadavasan. Jarasandha had two supporters called Hansa and Dimvaka, both of whom were incapable of being slain by weapons. Well-conversant with the science of politics and morality, in counsel they were the foremost of all intelligent men. I have already told thee everything about that mighty pair. They two and Jarasandha, I believe, are more than a match for three worlds. O brave king, it was for this reason that the powerful Kukkura, Andhaka and Vrishni tribes, acting from motives of policy, did not deem it proper to fight with him.'"
Draupadi's marriage to Krishna would mean for Drupad
1) Marriage to someone who isn't a king or crown prince. Their land has no king but a chief so no near possibility of becoming one soon
2) Alliance with a treacherous man, coward and murderer of a king
3) Enimity to Jarasangh the most powerful king of his time
4) Anger of multiple states including Chedi, Vidarbha, and Salwa. Kuru were already enemy. So it's like getting surrounded by enemies
Only positive outcome possibility of regaining Uttar Panchal and killing Drona, that too wasn't a must because Uttar Panchal was a Hastinapur protectorate and they had good terms with Jarasangh n his vassals, and hence no assurance that they would be successful. Aside I doubt Krishna himself would have been in mood to gain additional enemies at this stage
Why on the earth would Drupad accept this alliance
