No sweetie,

since you termed their marriage as a farce ... that farce of a marriage was conducted in a room full of witnesses - after which RK took Madhu home as his lawful wife, gave out a public statement that they were married, stayed together under the approval of their families, the society et al ... so the six months together makes their marriage valid.

I'm not stupid enough to say anyone living together for six months makes them married. I'm not that naive. Further I made a post on this topic saying that I don't give a damn whether they're married or in a live in relationship - but they're together, mind, body and soul. They might fight, they might split but they will always be together.

He is from that industry where this is normal for couple to live togather without marrige , in live in relation . so dont find it wrong , even in telly industry there are many who are and were in live in . and now without registration even 7 pheras shaadi is not legally acceptable

Not to forget RK was heavily drunk during this so called 'marriage' and all the rituals were literally mocked in front of the witnesses... even his marriage in one of his movie would appear more real in front of it, thus lawfully both are single. And where does it say that they stayed together for six months?

Besides that I don't care if they are together soulfully or whatever. Legally they are not husband & wife.

everything will be fine until both rk and madhu prefer to stay with each other , nobody could separate them citing these reasons but what will happen if any of the two wants to walk away ,for instance if madhu sets to marry someoneelse what can rk do ..at the most he can only ask for 40lakhs , he cannot go to court and show his contract and say for 40lakhs he wants that woman to stay with him as his wife ...

i would say that Madhu clearly doesnt understand the law. and Rk used that to his advantage.
Before any legal marriage takes place either contract, love or arranged, the couple have to do some a license to marry ( well in countries i have been to). Just writting that a woman is your wife until her father pays you your money is called buying a wife...remember in legal marriage it is asked if you are in sound mind and you are going married out of free will. ( i was asked when i did mine).

Madhu sighing the document can be argued as free will since she had options but she can also argue that she was not in sound mind, and her dad was unconscious so his thumbprint becomes invalid.
so legal she is not married to RK but the marriage is only illegal if she fights it.

She also called herself ex-wife without signing any documents that would free her off the "fake marriage" so clearly she does not understand how this things works...using her emotions to judge her marital status does not make her points legally valid.

traditionally, she is not RK's wife!...The only thing right about that marriage was that there where witnesses.
The RK's Vows is not accepted traditionally and Madhu hasnt said any vows.
RK omitted important things and did some wrongly.

I remember when Arshi did their fake marriage we were also faced with thesame question and their families later answered the question (they were not married)
i am confused that even though RK-Madhu's family knows what type of marriage they have they still regard her a RK's wife. both mothers seems very traditional and Radha is just using "married" as of rope to keep Madhu in the house for her son's benefit. if her son was a good guy who doesnt need Madhu, she would not have accepted they are married.

When Rk says they are married they are married when he says there not madhu became miss malik overnight so is this marriage decide on Rks mood now again overnight she became Mrs Rk if one person can decide married status of the marriage

They only had contract...till Madhu pays 40 lacks credit back ,she has to stay as his wife..RK forcefully singed it by Malik at hospital...is that consider as a legal marriage in India ..?
