That was love and regard. I am not saying he did not appreciate what he had. I am saying he did not respect what he had. Appreciation comes from heart when kindness or pleasure is felt. But respect goes from Head and later it gets ingrained in heart.

What about the respect for Madhu as a person, as his wife and not just his lover. He tested her love as a lover. If he was thinking as husband, respecting his marriage; would he have made a public display that their marriage as not consummated, or even allowed any other woman to talk about his wife? Some things need to be kept private between husband and wife...atleast when you both accept your marriage. When in hate marriage, he could not allow anyone to mistreat his spot girl cum wife other than him, just because she is his wife, when he could doll up her in good clothes, then why when marriage is accepted, a public display of pillows wall on the bed and allowing anyone to enter their quarters at any time.

If you think I am nit-picking, then you remove Dipali induced drama and show new drama. But if Dipali was instrumental in all of this, then she is the reason for them to accept themselves as married and yet unable to honour it in order for her to keep taking advantage of that fact. That is only reason that gives power to Dipali.

She also says that 16 years ago RK stopped calling her maa and now she has a feeling that he will one day call her maa. If I am correct, he was 12 when his dad died on his birthday. So, what I was thinking was that it is RK's birthday and MK's death anniversary. But then again, if it is RK's birthday, then she would be doing pooja on RK's name. I am confused now 😕

Shri! agar chod de toh is it love? And according to Madhu when we love a person we love his strengths and weakness equally na. Then doesn't she know the weakness of RK?

[ I agree with you...this is the piece that irked me the most. Okay I will give Radha that she remarried to provide RK with a father figure. But here are my questions-

1) It is obvious that RK was very close to his dad and was very traumatized by his dad's suicide. Did Radha ever try talking to him before the remarraige or try to understand his thought process ? Father is not a toy car that you can just replace. Besides if that was her intention...could she atleast pick a decent guy someone who was closer in personality to her late husband.

What exactly has Radha done to foster that bond? Based on what I am seeing Kuku feels nothing for RK or Radha, I doubt he made an effort to bond with RK at any point in time. However the reverse is true too...it does not seem like Radha has made an effort to bond with Sikki either.

3) In initial episodes Radha mentions that she married Bhatia due to some majboori, however lately she has been saying it has been to give RK a father...the initial reason makes more sense than latter especially given Kuku's character.

In all I would say that Radha has not been a good mother either to RK or Sikki nor does she seems to be a success as wife. Just shedding tears and yearning to reconcile with her son does not make a good mother. I think she is a very weak character at every level. I have an odd dislike for her character only second to Trishna.

• Whatever madhu is, as a person, her weaknesses, plain fact is she accepted his conditions blindly, he wanted reassurance,she gave it, having full faith in him that he was doing this for them, for their love. He was the one who had an ulterior motive, in this 'imtehan' situation. He did have a chance when he told her about why he was leaving the glamour world, to confess and tell her, that it was Dipali who put this idea into his head by challenging him...and he realised he actually wanted to it happen, it actually appealed to him. After all, she had passed the test in his eyes by then, right, he could have told her, she would have understood, and taken a firm stand with Dipali. He did'nt trust her, so she was absolutely right when she said it was her failure to convince him of her love, despite her having passed the 'damned test'. So what does he want then?? How can anybody ever hope to give him assurance??
  
• And yesterday she was basically tell him to grow up and snap out of it, snap out of the self pitying mode. If this MU had not happened between them, imagine in the future, everytime she took an opposing stand on anything, he would say she does'nt love him. So basically, she would have to thread on egg shells throughout her life for fear that he will have a meltdown.
  
• When she says she put up with all his insults, I think she basically meant that when she fell in love with him, she even forgave him all the insults he had given her earlier. All of it melted into the background because she had started to love him.
