Part 15:

With the beautiful number the party ended thou the song was over something unusual had happened it seemed with KS.

S was just staring so deeply in his eyes that karan was unable to even look away from her, somehow that glance was more than looking into his eyes, it seemed she was baring her soul to him with a gentle smile on her lovely lips, an innocence on her face that made her look so angelic that she seemed irresistible to any man at the moment even in her simple clothes (that of a waitress) she seemed every bit a princess any man would die to be with for.

Somehow this had never happened before, somehow they just didn't knew what has hit em n somehow they just didn't wanna defy it cause it seemed so perfect , so beautiful , n just so right.

May be the song had played the trick or maybe something had stirred that had so quiet for so long.

N in came bob to disturb em shweta my dear I m just so impressed with your work u really made me n pappy proud.

S: thanks sir I m glad I didn't let u n pappy down

B: now sir what abt the deal we were talking

K: later Mr. bob I shall send u a message

B: ok sir

S: sir I have to leave now so may I

B: but my dear now the cleaning up is to be done so how can u leave?

K: Mr. bob I was just thinking I u could leave this girl now than I shall plan my party with her now n get back 2 u ASAP

Bob not being one 2 loose an opportunity said sure sir, my dear get ready

Shweta just smiled n left to change n as soon as she was done; she went to bob n collected her salary.

Later she walked up to the car park where karan said he would be waiting for her, but as soon as she came she saw karan there all frustrated & angry

S: hey what happened?

K: just look here these damn cars I tell ya the stupid things I just hate it when something like this happens

S: but what has happened?

K: shweta common take a look yaar someone has punctured the tires

S: oops but who can do such a thing & that to over here?

K: u no what? I did this

S: what?

K: then ask a stupid Question get a stupid answer, how am I suppose to know I asked the guard here but even he has no idea

S: oh well lets then just take a walk home what say anyways it' been so long since we spent some quality time chatting these days we are so busy

K (smiling): hmm u r not as dumb as u seem

S: what did u say?

K (laughing out loud): oh common shwet I was just kidding it's a great idea let's walk home I will have some mechanic fix this

Saying this they started walking n then karan asked her so this is the reason u didn't reply 2 me all day long Have u got any idea of how worried I was 4 u ? I think I must have called u up like 20 times but not a single reply from u.

S: I m sorry karan I saw ur missed calls n even called u up but just then my battery died n I had 2 rush back here to bob.

K: oh so now this bob is more important than u to me

S: oh common K (that was karan' nick name that shweta had given him) now where does this come from

K: what else then should I say u could have used a phone booth 2 u no I was so damn worried

S: I m sorry pls now I shall help u with our project so don't worry u don't have 2 do it all alone after all I m ur partner so don't worry I wont skip my share
Suddenly K stopped n turned around her, seeing this even S stopped

S: what happened?

K walked to her n then standing close to her he placed his hands over her shoulders n looked at her with this peculiar look.

K: do u think I was calling u up only 4 that project oh shwet common I said I was worried about u n not anything else n mainly I wanted 2 be with u that' y I kept calling u up.

The way karan had said it made shweta realize how much karan cares for her, she lifted her hand n placed it over karan's hand

S: hey I m sorry n pls don't ever think that u r not important to me u do know that u r the most important person to me in the whole world.

Every else just knows me but u know my heart n soul u r the person I m closest 2 in this whole world n u know it, I don't have to tell u ur importance nor can I explain how special u r 2 me but it was my mistake so I m sorry n I will take care the next time

They smiled at each other n later hugged to their hearts content

Suddenly S realized something n asked K what was it then that he called her up 20 times

K: oh nothing Suhasini aunty had asked me to come to this stupid boring party so I wanted 2 come here along with u so that atleast with u around I won't feel awkward n alone here. Not knowing that u were already here but thank god u were here or else I would have been bored to death

S: no K thank u 4 being here if u weren't here today on time god knows what kind of a mess I would have landed up in

K: oh shut up n u don't have to thank me thou u r right about 1 thing u cant do a thing without me n began laughing.

S laughed & also giving a look hit him on his arm.

Then karan began asking her about how was her day n later S narrated the whole story 2 him n karan couldn't stop laughing n then remembering the chef n his antics they had a laugh n while at this they started walking

n during all this time karan's hand was placed over shweta' shoulder n she too had been walking putting her arm around his waist, laughing the night away they reached home.

Highlights of the next Part: a kiss between KS
